Molly + Kyle // September 2, 2018 // Blanc, Denver

Molly and Kyle, a total dream couple. The two met while working at Otterbox, and while Molly has a zest for design and decor, Kyle brings his adventurous spirit to the table with his love for rock-climbing and isn't a bad Chef either, the perfect duo!

Molly's style of classic elegance mixed with a touch of modern industrial made creating the floral designs for her wedding such an honor, and it was FUN! I mean, just look at her bouquet with the romantic mauve tones, lush touches of foliage, focal succulents and dahlias, and raspberries that added the most perfect element of natural texture ---- swooon!

This amazing wedding brought us the opportunity to work with some of the most incredible wedding vendors in Colorado, including photography by the talented Cassie Rosch, and event planning by the esteemed Calluna Events. With the phenomenal team of vendors and the gorgeous, industrially chic venue, Blanc the wedding went off seamlessly ---- and it was gorgeous!!!

How stunning is Molly in her gown by Anne Barge bridal? So stunning!!

This Boutonniere! Blushing bride protea is a perfect, long lasting, texture filled flower ideal for boutonnieres, and the touch of sage greenery with a leather wrap to tie it together against the tweed suit ---- perfection!

Each boutonniere was unique and different, some with focal blooms, some with textured succulents of different shades, and all were accented with lush foliage.

How stunning are the bridesmaid gowns? Love that they are each unique and different, and the maid of honor stands out in burgundy, while the others are neutral, yet so beautiful! Bridal party goals! Gorgeous gowns provided by BHLDN in Denver, CO.

Love this shot! Every groomsmen photo is so unique and really displays the friendships and brotherhood brought together for the Groom. #squadgoals. Suits provided by Suit Supply.

The custom Lace and Lilies circle wreath, an absolute joy to create, and it so perfectly embodied the unique style of Molly and Kyle, there was no decor more fit for them to say, 'I Do."

What a photogenic moment for Molly and Kyle, we always encourage our couples to do a petal toss. Who wouldn't want a photo from their most special day to look back on like this?

This is the moment where we truly cherish. Right after the Bride and Groom say, 'I do' and walk towards the end of the aisle, facing all of their loved ones with the biggest, most authentic, and truly overjoyed smiles on their faces. This is why we do what we do, to be a part of this moment, and to have been an elemement of the journey that lead up to this beautiful moment.

How perfect is this naked cake by Occasions Catering? The accent of the garden rose just adds the perfect touch!

We were so fortunate to have been a part of Molly and Kyle's beautiful day! From the soft mauve tones, to the stunning, unique ceremony circle wreath, to the eclectic and mismatched centerpieces and garlands. We are so grateful for Molly and Kyle's trust in us to add so much beauty, and artistic flare to their wedding day.

Thank you to the wonderful Vendors who made it all possible and so beautiful!

Kelly and the Lace and Lilies Team

Kelly + Chris // Vail, Colorado // August 2016

To say we adore our clients is an understatement. We are so submerged in their love stories, personalities and can not get enough. We feel so lucky to share in such an intimate time in their lives and do not wish to be anywhere else but in our shop learning all about their love. Most often, we work with clients that we are meeting for the first time - every now and then, we come across a couple that we already know and love. That is Kelly and Chris! Kelly and Chris are extended family and when we caught wind that they were getting married and wanted to work with Lace and Lilies we were beyond elated.

Now, because Chris's last name is Hill - and Kelly's grandma once said to her granddaughter "you went to the mountains to find your Hill" - this of course became the overall theme of the wedding. It does not get more perfect than that and Lace and Lilies was on board with it all!

Once Chris and Kelly had their big details chosen for their day, it was time to talk flowers and decor! These two were the dream clients, they had an overall vision of what they wanted their day to look like, bold and colorful, romantic, elegant and really give their guests a feeling of being in the mountains in the summer - then left the rest up to us! The result...it was pure beauty!

Each and every detail was perfectly decided and represented the two of them and their families perfectly. We love how well Chris and Kelly were able to let their love story shine through their wedding day, from the personalized programs with their wedding parties avitars to Chris's father "Big Daddy" marrying them!

We could go on and on about these love birds and this day - but we will let the photos speak for themselves! We feel so lucky to have been a part of their celebration and story, thanks you two!

Alexis & Scott l September 18th, 2015 l Fort Collins, Colorado

When Alexis and Scott came to us about their beautiful September Fort Collins wedding...we just knew they looked so familiar!  After a little comparing of each other's lives along side ours - it came to us...cornhole league!!  This is why we love this city - it is filled with the most down to earth-fun loving-hip people around.  And of course, the stunning photographs that use our Colorado sun so effortlessly by Cassie Rosch Photography - she was in our league too!

Flower friends - - if you are looking for a good filler flower, consider this White Calcynia, we have a love for its dainty size and the interesting shape.  Just perfect for September in Fort Collins.

To the gorgeous couple...we were elated to be a part of your special day.  Your love is stunning.

Mica + Brian, 4.7.13

Our 2013 wedding season could not have begun any better.  Our always smiling, Nederland love birds were a pure joy to work with! Their early April wedding at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park, Colorado began with the sun shining bright, giving Keegan with Steele the Spotlight the perfect setting for makeup.  The air was brisk.  Our well rested minds were ready for all the beauty to come.

There is something special about a Sunday wedding.  The hype of the weekend is over, our bodies are more relaxed.  This particularSunday afternoon had such simple elegance with a calm in the air.  Our bride Mica's love for yellow and grey was in just enough details.  The choice in flowers gave a whimsical and fun feel.  Each table's centerpieces were in various shaped glassware, chosen by the bride's mother.

One of our favorite details?  Upside down light bulbs lining the aisle with flowers in them!  This was the perfect touch for a family who owns Lumenarea in Longmont, Colorado.

Another personalized touch was a handmade Aspen arch, hand carved with the bride and grooms initials, wedding date and hearts. Our good friend, Pablo, creates these beautiful arches, and we are lucky to put our florals on it.  When the bride’s Mother saw this personalized arch with flowers on the top two corners, tears came to her eyes.

Just as guests were arriving, we were headed back to Fort Collins…happy with wedding number one, looking forward to a busy wedding season!
