Maggie + Brendan // September 23. 2017 // Estes Park

THIS beautiful couple. They met at a Dierks Bentley concert only to find out they worked for the same company. After much convincing Maggie gave Brendan a chance, and here we are today. Brendan's laid back, relaxed attitude perfectly compliments Maggie's passion and drive. The two shared their vows at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church in Estes Park, and celebrated afterwards with family and friends at the Twin Owls Steakhouse --- the perfect location for a destination Colorado wedding!

Moriah Sutton photographed their day, and she captured their love so beautifully, we just couldn't wait to share!

Color palette, burgundy, blush, green, color palette series, wedding colors

The color palette was primarily blush with a touch of burgundy and deep raspberry tones and accenting greens with foliage and pines --- a colorado dream bouquet!

Moriah Sutton captured the details of Maggie and Brendan's day so wonderfully, not a single component was missed!

We loved this crown created with spray roses, calcynia, and eucalyptus --- Maggie wore it so well!!

The look of the Groom's face as he sees his Bride for the first time on their wedding day is an incredible moment, this is why we love first looks! There's just something about seeing each other for the first time in private, it's very sentimental and creates the perfect opportunity for the most beautiful and emotional photographs!

The mix-matched, blush bridesmaid gowns were from the Vera Wang collection at David’s Bridal.  And Maggie's unique, one of a kind dress was custom designed especially for her from Blushing Bride in Frisco, Texas.

Maggie's beautiful hair was done by Ray Hornback from Voltage Hair. Makeup was by Keegan Steele from Steele the Spotlight, talk about a dream team! She literally took our breath away!

The perfect Father-Daughter walk down the aisle at the beautiful Church, Our Lady of the Mountains.

Maggie and Brendan chose to have simple ceremony decor with an arrangement at the base of the Church altar to bring the color palette into their ceremony space!

This fur coat though!!

Hanging and trailing ribbons add a wispy and ethereal movement to wedding photos, and we think they are just the best accent to bridal bouquets!!

We'll never tire of welcome sign flowers, the perfect way to usher your guests into your reception!

Maggie and Brendan chose to have garlands for their reception table decor, perfect for the long tables at Twin Owls Steakhouse

Greenery chandeliers are a must for a warm and celebratory Colorado mountain reception!

Marcie from Colorado Rose Company decorated this stunning cake --- accented with olive branch, seeded eucalyptus, and spray roses.

Maggie and Brendan's day was made so beautiful with the help of the following incredible vendors!

Kelly + Logan l June 27th, 2015 l Odell Brewing Co

Talk about a fun day - First and only wedding at Odell Brewery was one for the books! Kelly and Logan encompass the couple you want to be friends with - one of our favorite parts of their consultation was getting their timeline back from them where they'd written: F*CKIN DANCE.

The perfect venue, the perfect couple, colorful blooms, paired with a special beer for the two of them made this whole day come together beautifully!

These two know how to throw a good party!

We loved this sweet thing, and the flowers complement her expressive, colorful personality that comes through in these pictures! Never forget about your cute flower girl!

We love personal touches unique to a couple, and a few simple blooms in beer bottles and growlers added some bright life into the space!

We are crazy for these colorful boutonnieres!

Give some hilarious guys some beautiful flowers and the results are fantastic!

Customized O'dells glasses for their guests were a HIT!

Here's to beer and flowers and LOVE!

Industrial // Installation // Inspiration // Denver Colorado

There is nothing better than a collaboration among some of the top creatives in our industry.  Every now and then, we need to let our creativity run wild and push wedding inspiration into an entirely new direction.  Not only do we owe it to ourselves as artists, but we want our clients to continually feel inspired and as if their wedding floral and decor possibilities are taken to another level.

The Lace and Lilies team was first inspired by the industrial location Blanc - the perfect mixture of brick, metal and stark white elements.  Truly a blank slate where our possibilities felt endless.

We knew right away that we wanted to create a installation piece, with structured hanging blooms - giving us a comparable sense of geometric line and shape that the venue aesthetic provided.  Our team took our mathmatical sketches and brought them to life - and the outcome left us speechless!

Lucky for us, the time of year fell right around St. Patrick's Day - our blooms reflected the lush emerald's that appear this time of year.  Our palette included emerald, citrus orange and yellow, with ivory and peach to help soften the boldness.  You can never go wrong with a plant dyed olive ribbon from Silk and Willow either, we continued the drape of the bouquet into the drape of the ribbon for this bouquets wrap.

Of course we need the officiant to be a stylish asset to the ceremony space...why not wear a floral necklace to help add a pop of color and accentuate her modern threads?

Hello gorgeous duo!  Not sure if anything gets better than this.  The details - the attitude - the photo!  Cassie Rosch captured their vibe effortlessly - her talent is undeniable!

The tablescape was filled with stylish details from Yonder House, like agate place cards, amber glassware, wooden chargers and beautiful blooms!  Ingredients that tie together this emerald inspired industrial wedding seamlessly.

This editorial would not be possible without the talents of such amazing creatives - we appreciate your hard work and innovation...and love the idea of a future working along side you again....cheers!!

Britta & Zach l May 8th, 2015 l Boulder, Colorado

Being a part of someone's very special day is enough love to tug on our heart strings...but when it is someone you love dearly like miss Britta - it's almost too much love to handle!  Not only did we meet and fall in love with Britta and Zach when she worked at Dora Grace Bridal - we also had the opportunity to be a part of her sisters wedding a couple years prior!

We can not get enough of Britta and Zach's unique style for their May nuptials.  The love birds were sure to represent their esthetic in our meetings, but left the creativity up to our team!  With that creative freedom - we were able to use such unique flowers and pops of colors to accent the various types of Fern.

Sister Hally, one of our 2013 brides!  Look at how striking these sisters are!  Dotted with Hearts

The Rembrandt Yard in Boulder was a dream - and because the wedding took place in such a artistic environment, the flowers could not be anything short of creative!  Loving this unique backdrop!

The centerpieces rotated between unique garden-like blooms + a simple mixture of fern - you know what we say...lets give the guests something to talk about!  Do you see the Desert Yearning?! LOVE!

We could not be more happy for the couple - we miss them so much as they continue their journey as husband and wife in Japan!  Cheers to you two and a lifetime of love - xo

succulents, air plants, and cacti - the perfect addition to your mountain wedding!

We have been in love with incorporating plants into our arrangements recently - from bouquets to boutonnieres to centerpieces!!

If you're thinking "YES!!" or even if you're thinking "hmm...maybe?" scroll through some examples we've done recently! Plants are a great addition for that extra  POP - to make your flowers stand out from the rest!!

Faith and Kevin were ahead of the times.  This Aug 2013 wedding pushed the limits on creativity, and it shows.  His air plant boutonniere complemented his fitted dark blue suit flawlessly.

Sometimes it can be intimidating to add in such a large element like we did in Lauren's lush wild flower bouquet - we love how this pulled it the mint color of the dress into the bouquet!

You know what makes the colorful + fun bouquet even better!?  The perfectly subtle touch of a succulent.  MacKenzie chose this grey green color and it absolutely shines!

Kristin wanted to incorporate a dusty purple color into her gorgeous color palette, and we achieved this with the succulent - we think it was a lovely touch!
