Brittany + Matt // 9.9.18 // Winter Park, Colorado

We love traveling for weddings all over our beautiful state of Colorado, but there is just something about a mountain wedding that fuels our adventure-loving - inspired by nature - creative souls. Incorporating our floral designs into the natural, rich hues of the landscape is a dream come true for our team! Not only do we get to celebrate and compliment the environment around us with organic blooms, our team also gets to take in the moment, daydreaming on mountain tops. No wonder Colorado attracts so many people from all over the world to say 'I do'.

Meet Brittany + Matt, this dreamy couple met while attending college at Northern Arizona University through their mutual group of friends. Brittany loves Matt for his sense of humor and how he never lets her forget how much he cares about her. Matt loves Brittany's compassionate heart, wanderlust, and her drive and diligence. After they both moved to San Diego after they graduated college the rest was history! They chose Sunspot Mountain Lodge in Winter Park, Colorado to have their beautiful wedding, and we're so grateful we were able to be a part of it all! Thanks to Melissa Young Photography for her amazing work!

earthy color palette

Designed with various shades of green foliage, soft and neutral blooms with hints of dark blue

We love to design boutonnieres to compliment not only the overall wedding but the esthetic around us - these fern, eucalyptus + olive branch boutonnieres were perfectly in unison with the bouquets!

Not sure how to even begin pinning a boutonniere? Don't you worry - we provide a fun instructional guide on how to pin a boutonnieres, and it's a fun, candid moment for the wedding photographer to capture the Groom pinning on the boutonniere for his Best Man!

Not many can say they rode a gondola on their wedding day -- here in Colorado, it's the norm!

The beautiful flowers girls' threw silver dollar eucalyptus leaves instead of the traditional rose petal - we just can't get enough!!

The beautiful, off the shoulder sage green Bridesmaids gowns are from Show Me Your MuMu

We are just swoooning over this gown from Louvienne and the elegant and chic cape from Watters. Both the gown and cape are from Lovely Bride.

Garden roses, calcynia, anemone, stock, astrantia, and a touch of draping feather fern -- a recipe that makes our souls so happy! Our beautiful Bride accented her bouquet wrap with a heirloom handkerchief - this is the perfect way to subtly incorporate a very sentimental item.

The sage toned bridesmaid gowns were meant to be accented with these foliage bouquets - the hints of white flowers added the perfect touch to tie together the bridal bouquet with her tribe!

The asymmetrically designed foliage swag perfectly complimented the mountain landscape and incorporated various types of eucalyptus, fern and olive branch.

The sunlight peeking through the foliage is just too perfect for Brittany and Matt's first kiss as newlyweds!

Welcome signs are a must have! It can be such a small and simple thought to accent a sign with flowers and foliage that compliment your day - yet makes such an impact when guest arrive to the reception!

We accented the naked cake by Jilly's with lovely roses and bits of foliage! Let's eat!

These two!!

These handsome men wore navy suits from Indochino, and they wore them well!

We are so grateful for these beautiful mountain views! Colorado, you never cease to amaze us!!

The perfect way to exit!

Thank you again to the incredible vendors that made this wedding flawless!

Maggie + Brendan // September 23. 2017 // Estes Park

THIS beautiful couple. They met at a Dierks Bentley concert only to find out they worked for the same company. After much convincing Maggie gave Brendan a chance, and here we are today. Brendan's laid back, relaxed attitude perfectly compliments Maggie's passion and drive. The two shared their vows at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church in Estes Park, and celebrated afterwards with family and friends at the Twin Owls Steakhouse --- the perfect location for a destination Colorado wedding!

Moriah Sutton photographed their day, and she captured their love so beautifully, we just couldn't wait to share!

Color palette, burgundy, blush, green, color palette series, wedding colors

The color palette was primarily blush with a touch of burgundy and deep raspberry tones and accenting greens with foliage and pines --- a colorado dream bouquet!

Moriah Sutton captured the details of Maggie and Brendan's day so wonderfully, not a single component was missed!

We loved this crown created with spray roses, calcynia, and eucalyptus --- Maggie wore it so well!!

The look of the Groom's face as he sees his Bride for the first time on their wedding day is an incredible moment, this is why we love first looks! There's just something about seeing each other for the first time in private, it's very sentimental and creates the perfect opportunity for the most beautiful and emotional photographs!

The mix-matched, blush bridesmaid gowns were from the Vera Wang collection at David’s Bridal.  And Maggie's unique, one of a kind dress was custom designed especially for her from Blushing Bride in Frisco, Texas.

Maggie's beautiful hair was done by Ray Hornback from Voltage Hair. Makeup was by Keegan Steele from Steele the Spotlight, talk about a dream team! She literally took our breath away!

The perfect Father-Daughter walk down the aisle at the beautiful Church, Our Lady of the Mountains.

Maggie and Brendan chose to have simple ceremony decor with an arrangement at the base of the Church altar to bring the color palette into their ceremony space!

This fur coat though!!

Hanging and trailing ribbons add a wispy and ethereal movement to wedding photos, and we think they are just the best accent to bridal bouquets!!

We'll never tire of welcome sign flowers, the perfect way to usher your guests into your reception!

Maggie and Brendan chose to have garlands for their reception table decor, perfect for the long tables at Twin Owls Steakhouse

Greenery chandeliers are a must for a warm and celebratory Colorado mountain reception!

Marcie from Colorado Rose Company decorated this stunning cake --- accented with olive branch, seeded eucalyptus, and spray roses.

Molly + Kyle // September 2, 2018 // Blanc, Denver

Molly and Kyle, a total dream couple. The two met while working at Otterbox, and while Molly has a zest for design and decor, Kyle brings his adventurous spirit to the table with his love for rock-climbing and isn't a bad Chef either, the perfect duo!

Molly's style of classic elegance mixed with a touch of modern industrial made creating the floral designs for her wedding such an honor, and it was FUN! I mean, just look at her bouquet with the romantic mauve tones, lush touches of foliage, focal succulents and dahlias, and raspberries that added the most perfect element of natural texture ---- swooon!

This amazing wedding brought us the opportunity to work with some of the most incredible wedding vendors in Colorado, including photography by the talented Cassie Rosch, and event planning by the esteemed Calluna Events. With the phenomenal team of vendors and the gorgeous, industrially chic venue, Blanc the wedding went off seamlessly ---- and it was gorgeous!!!

How stunning is Molly in her gown by Anne Barge bridal? So stunning!!

This Boutonniere! Blushing bride protea is a perfect, long lasting, texture filled flower ideal for boutonnieres, and the touch of sage greenery with a leather wrap to tie it together against the tweed suit ---- perfection!

Each boutonniere was unique and different, some with focal blooms, some with textured succulents of different shades, and all were accented with lush foliage.

How stunning are the bridesmaid gowns? Love that they are each unique and different, and the maid of honor stands out in burgundy, while the others are neutral, yet so beautiful! Bridal party goals! Gorgeous gowns provided by BHLDN in Denver, CO.

Love this shot! Every groomsmen photo is so unique and really displays the friendships and brotherhood brought together for the Groom. #squadgoals. Suits provided by Suit Supply.

The custom Lace and Lilies circle wreath, an absolute joy to create, and it so perfectly embodied the unique style of Molly and Kyle, there was no decor more fit for them to say, 'I Do."

What a photogenic moment for Molly and Kyle, we always encourage our couples to do a petal toss. Who wouldn't want a photo from their most special day to look back on like this?

This is the moment where we truly cherish. Right after the Bride and Groom say, 'I do' and walk towards the end of the aisle, facing all of their loved ones with the biggest, most authentic, and truly overjoyed smiles on their faces. This is why we do what we do, to be a part of this moment, and to have been an elemement of the journey that lead up to this beautiful moment.

Molly's gorgeous hair and makeup were provided by Dotted with Hearts Artistry by Candace Tucker and Kaitlyn Jacobs with Balayage Spa and Salon

How perfect is this naked cake by Occasions Catering? The accent of the garden rose just adds the perfect touch!

We were so fortunate to have been a part of Molly and Kyle's beautiful day! From the soft mauve tones, to the stunning, unique ceremony circle wreath, to the eclectic and mismatched centerpieces and garlands. We are so grateful for Molly and Kyle's trust in us to add so much beauty, and artistic flare to their wedding day.

Thank you to the wonderful Vendors who made it all possible and so beautiful!

HAIR FLOWERS // YES PLEASE!!

As a bride...you are going to feel and look absolutely stunning, you will be surrounded by all those that love you, while committing to share your life with the one you love! It is the little details are what truly encompass a bride's style, and this is where Lace and Lilies comes in and it's where we thrive - hair flowers! We just can't get enough...

We saw a huge rise in the popularity of flower combs in 2017 and are continuing to see the trend for 2018, and we are just elated! We have the wonderful opportunity to really get to know our brides and we continuously talk about their color palette, texture, design and style for their wedding, and hair flowers are a final detail that we love to create to reflect their style.

Flower combs, lush with berries and various sage toned foliages are ideal for any Rocky Mountain backdrop. Flower combs are the perfect way to bring the colors and textures of Colorado into your florals!

Flower combs can compliment and be worn with a brides veil OR they can be saved and placed into the brides hair for the reception after the veil comes off! Either way, we think it is such an elegant and timeless look - in love with this beauty!

Hair combs are delicate, can easily be tucked into any hair style, whether you prefer a loose bun or your hair draped down your shoulders, they are a lovely accent to cohesively tie into your groom's boutonniere and bridal bouquet.

Weddings rich with vibrant flowers are perfectly accented with flower crowns! Flower crowns are so versatile and can be created in so many different and unique styles.  Did we say the options are endless?!

From vibrant to jewel tones, to muted flowers with greenery,  hair flowers are the perfect accent!

Perfect for bridesmaids or flower girls, we think everyone needs a crown for your special day!

Hair flowers are ever-changing and we love designing all types of hair flowers for each of our unique Brides for the most perfect detail for their wedding day!

We spend so much time learning about our brides' styles, truly getting to know our couples, and nailing down color palettes and inspiration for wedding flowers, that tying all aspects of it together with hair flowers is so rewarding and it's just one element that makes us love our jobs so much!

YAS to all the hair flowers!!

We are so grateful to work with such amazing photographers, click on your favorite photos to link to their websites to see more!
